globalroot/systemroot/system32/hjgruidhemooor.dll file does not delete upon restart

I have a similar problem as others. I am pretty dumb when it comes to computers especially viruses/malware infections.

Malwarebytes keeps identifying a couple of problems on my computer. The location for both these infections is listed as

\\?\globalroot\systemroot\system32\hjgruipakvdlar.dll (Trojan.TDSS)

It says the file will be deleted when i restart. However that does not happen. Everytime i use a search engine, say google and click on the results , i get redirected to a totally different website. I cannot run CHKDSK on my computer and the task manager is also disabled. Please help. I am desperate.
