How can i fix this? It will not allow me to get online to download anything and give me a blue screen and turns off. It also is giving some kind of privacy ad that is asking that i pay for a lifetime membership. It looks like it is from microsoft, but i assume that is not correct. it says my licene is expired. Norton says it detects downloader, but does nothing about it
