What is the error message you are seeing? No error message, it executes a download of some ambiguous file

Are you using the Google Chrome browser, or are you referring to the Norton Private browser?

Either way, this would not seem to be a Norton issue. It appears that Gmail may have changed something in their web address, and you need to delete that shortcut button and create a new one.
