I upgraded my Norton sw to Norton 360. In doing so I had to remove the old version o Norton 360. I installed the nw version of Norton and everything seemed to be working fine accept when I loaded the new Turbo Tax program. It would nt load without the removal of Norton GoBack. I complied, but unfortunately for me, had disconnected 2 additional HDD's I have on my system tat have all my no app and Data info stored on them; drives G and H. After Norton GoBack was removed, I then had to remove Norton 360 and install TuboTax 2009. This tie the old worked and TurboTax was working fine. I reinstalled Norton 360. Again everything seemed to be working well until I tried to go get the data off of the G and H drives. The system didn't see the drives. It was as if they were gone they both were found during the boot sequence. I ran Partition Magic and it found both drives but they were listed as GoBack drive type (I didn't even know there was a GoBack drive type). At any rate, I know the drives are there, but I can not access them.
My question, is there anyway I can get these drives listed as NTFS drives without reformatting and losing all the data, or can I get the system to recognize the GoBack drive?
