Going to isntall Norton 360 ver 4. Where is the norton removal tool?

I have Norton 360 ver3, and plan to install ver.4.

 

Pretty sure that there is a Norton 360 removal tool, or a registery cleaner or something. Does anyone know where it is? I can't find it on the site.
