Goodbye Norton, Clients have been complaining too much about popups and ads when ads are turned off. We're taking the $4,289.23 to anothe AV company

Well, the time has come..
Norton has continually gotten worse over the years with the failure of settings and the ads. Enough clients are fed up, so we're moving away.
Great job ruining a company that should be easier than pie to manage and software that should be sleek and unseen unless necessary.
YOU BLUNDERED TOO MUCH YOU . 
We are taking our $4,289.23 USD worth of business to another AV company.
1. We turned off ads, we still see ads. We don't want excuses, we want to comply with what is says.
2. Automatic Live update doesn't work on Windows or Mac..I go to each machine at random and Live Update.. and it processes updates.
3. cryptic popups that clients don't understand
4. cryptic popups that fail to help IT staff do anything .. why the do you bother telling people if you're just going to be cryptic ?
5. Silent mode only lasts 1 hour max ? This must be so you can cram ads in our faces. 
It's kind of difficult to work a full day when your ads popup to scare staff into thinking they need some other junk add on you sell that used to be a part of the 360 toolset.
6. The various UIs.. holy my god they are wretchid and terrible. Clients don't know there's 100 settings in 80 places..
