Google Chrome 32.0.1700.76 not showing Norton Toolbar extension

Google Chrome 32.0.1700.76 is not listing the Norton Toolbar extension. The only extension shown is "Norton Identity Protection 2014.6.4.11." I'm current on the Chrome browser, have checked for Norton updates, and have run Live Update.
