Norton 360 has been blocking Google Chrome and Google Software update even though I have them in my Firewall Applications “white list.” I can only use Chrome when I turn off firewall, which is obviously not ideal. I’ve cleared cache and virtually ever other suggestion. I’m now even belatedly downloading new Mac OS (Big Sur?). Suggestions?
