Google Chrome Virus

Hey guys - new user here.  Sorry if this is not the right forum for this post, but I didn't see an option to post in a forum about new threats or viruses.  I just purchased Norton Security.  I am currently running Windows 7.  In Windows Task Manager, I see between 7 and 25 instances of "Irakfazeu.exe" running.  The program is apparently associated with Google Chrome.  I downloaded Google Chrome at one time, but don't use it much so I "uninstalled" the program from Windows program manager (Control Panel).  However, the 7 to 25 instances of Irakfazeu.exe were back the next time I restarted the computer.  I searched the hard drive and found out where the program was located, but I couldn't delete it in regular mode because file manager said "Google Chrome is still running."

I then booted the computer into safe and was able to delete the "Irakfazeu.exe" program.  However, when I rebooted the computer into regular mode, the problem was back (multiple instances of Irakfazeu.exe running).  I've blocked Google Chrome from accessing the internet in Norton Security and that has helped limit the amount of CPU and RAM resources the computer is trying to use.  However, I'd really like to get rid of all vestiges of the problem.  Has anybody run into this before?  I googled (ironically) "Iraqfazeu.exe" but didn't get any hits.  If there are any Norton malware experts out there, I'd appreciate if you can tell me whether there is a virus associated with this phenomenon.

Thanks Guys.
