Just got a Norton popup that I have never seen before (see screenshot). Is this a legitimate popup? Of course, I didn't click on the "Update Account" button. I closed the popup by clicking on the X. At first, I thought it may have been legit as the popup showed the Norton jumplist when I right clicked it on the taskbar. Though when I tried googling the message in the popup, I couldn't find anything regarding this popup. Absolutely nothing. Now I'm kind of worried that this may have been some weird scam popup or something. FWIW, I was on the TVTropes website when I first saw this popup I was browsing with Firefox with the Ublock Origin extension. Running Windows 10 21H1 64-bit with Norton 360 ver 22.21.11.46
Thank you posting on the Norton Community. This is a legitimate popup. Thanks.

The pop up looks legit. But you are wise to close it just in case. For any Account or Billing Information changes you should log into your Norton Account and check there for any messages.
Is your current subscription expiring soon, and do you have Automatic Renewal set up for it? If so, it appears Norton tried to take the payment and there was an issue.
You can also contact Norton Support and ask them to help straighten out any issue with your payment information. www.norton.com/contactcs
