Im writing to Norton, hoping that maybe someone would read and help me out properly since the live chat people are useless!
I have a virus trojan or spyware on my computer and as the attachments show the screens that I am shown. It also always opens av.exe in task manager, processes. I tried to use the manual guides in removing the viruses along with many scans but nothing seems to get detected and the problem is still here..
I told this to a vidya (live chat person) today and all he was doing was selling me tech support. Now I paid good money for Norton 360 for All in One protection do you call it that! I dont believe i got that all in one protection because my computer has been affected and I dont have the extra money to spend on tech support. I dont understand why i am then being told to pay for a tech when the norton i paid for failed to do its job. I should be offered this service free of charge!
There is no good removal tool for this virus or any good instructions to do it manually and although I have norton 360 running, My computer is dying slowly and norton dont care, when they should be protecting my computer!
Very Upset at Norton and its service.. :(
