Got the Norton driver update program and now I have no speakers on my laptop

Issue abstract:

Detailed description: I have had Norton 360, but not the driver updater. It was telling me that I had 18 out of date drivers so I purchased the update program. After it ran and updated the drivers, it did a restart. I immediately noticed that I no longer have sound from my laptop speakers. It tells me that I have no audio device installed. Prior to this update the speakers worked just fine. How to I get this back.

OS details: I have a Dell laptop with windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing? No error message, I just no longer have sound from my laptop. This happened just after a Norton did a driver update.

has you tryet to reinstall the old version of the driver remember you can always go back to the old driver in the driver updater
