Whenever I try to use norton anti virus the graphics turn 'funny' and it doesn't perform any type of scan. When I try to click other buttons in norton it does the same thing (freezes and visually turns weird).

Any advice please?
I am paying for a norton subscription but I can't do anything with it! I have been trying to solve this problem for a long time now.
