N360 V20.4.0.40. Win 7. I use to have little green check on all backed up items and now they no longer show as well as the backup showing in "Computer" as a drive. I used to be able to delete stuff from backups from here to include online stuff. Any help getting these back is appreciated. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling to try and fix...but nothing.
Thanks for reply. The overlay is checked. I've tried unchecking and then checking to see if that would fix it and nothing.
There may be a secondary issue with the install in that case. Likely its a missing registry setting preventing the option from displaying. Please reach out to support at www.norton.com/chat.

We uninstalled and reinstalled, checked the overlay setting and then went back. Nothing we did fixed it until we unsitalled Norton Zone. Once it was gone my green checks and my Norton backup drive came back. You'd think they would work with one another but that isn't the case for these two problems. I think because Zone is basically a backup of certain files and folders it overrides some of the N360 backup settings. Hope this helps some people having same issue.

Delighted that your issue is resolved and I at least find the comments on Norton Zone interesting as this clash does seem to chime in with what I have seen elsewhere.
