I do believe this was discussed before, but I can't seem to find it.
The green check(OK) marks WITHOUT the Norton, says when you click on it says "Site Safety" OK. With that in mind, I am finding that you MUST open at least one page on a Google search page to get these check marks to come up. That is some what bothersome, but if there is a site like "YES" answers or Yahoo page one can almost be somewhat assured that this site is safe, so when you close out of that site and go back to google page most of the time you will the OH green circles and some of the sites will have that as well the Norton check sign (gold circle with the check mark).
This morning I open a page that the Green Circle OK ONLY and when I did, Norton stepped and stopped something very nasty.
My question is this "after this incident I am guess that the Green Circle OK cannot be trusted? And why can't Norton safe watch function properly?
