So I just ran a full check today this morning. I saw it said there is something bad on my computer but I didn't really do anything about it because I though that is something that either i don't really need or is really a virus. Then in the afternoon when I was trying to open my game and it saying something strange. I check and saw that i am missing some files. I checked Norton and find out this app deleted my file in this morning's check. I try to recover it but it keeps saying failure-1000. After many tries i gave up and try to move the file out from the Norton's files. I found my file in the computer file but it become a QDB and QBI file and I can't really do anything to these two kind of files. Does anyone knows what to do with it? I really need the files back. Thanks for the help. My computer is window 10 64bit. (sorry if my english is bad and you can't really understand what am I saying. But I will try to explain it if you guys have something that you guys don't understand)
