@JEAN-CLAUDE_CAMU Some users also report this as being related to Steam and or VR software still being loaded during the shutdown process. Also, because this is NOT a standard Windows process and it blocks shutdown it can be considered a red flag for malware as well. Have you done a clean boot as Guru peterweb shows and ran Malwarebytes to check for malware involvement as a possibility?
