Had to buy new PC

Recently I noticed that my Norton Toolbar and Norton Identity Safe were casing major problems with Internet Explorer 11, this is what happened:

Tech support rebooted my computer a dozen times and the last time he rebooted he went into msconfig and did something and now my computer will not boot up anymore.  I called again and got another tech support agent and was basically told that I am on my own due to the fact that they could no longer access my computer.  I noticed that I was having problems with Norton Identity Safe and the Norton toolbar and that it was not working well with Internet Explorer 11.  I was an IT manager for 12 years and I do know how computers work, but I did not know how to go about fixing my issue.   I had to go buy a new computer thanks to not having a functioning computer after Norton tech support destroyed it!  I put Norton on my new PC simply because I had half of my subscription remaining.

I have loved Norton and It's products for many years and have had reliable and accurate results time and again with those products.  I have always recommended Norton to all of my customers, both private and business, but I will no longer support this company simply because of the level of support and care that I received from your people!  It's ridiculous to kill my 2 year old computer and not care!  I'm looking for an answer, not trolls....
