With the recent Firefox update to version 20, I discovered that my Norton 360 had an unknown issue that was keeping it from updating properly to the latest version. I tried the Remove and Reinstall tool, but that failed, so I ended up using the Removal tool and manually reinstalling. Unfortunately, I do not have a recent copy of my Identity Safe data and the removal apparently blew it away, as I had to reconfigure the vault.
Is there any chance that my original data is recoverable, so that I could at least import it into the new configuration?
