Dear Norton Community,
i completly deleted my Iphone and reinstalled it. I didn t do a iOS Backup, so that i can manually reset it. Now occured a problem. I installed the app from the beginning (Mobile Security APP) and it sais log in. So i did and then it asked me which License i want to remove for activating this iphone. But the problem is that it is the same iphone with the same Apple ID. So why did it ask to change the licence to the "NEW" Iphone? I did it anyways.
My second question is the following: I downloaded mobile protect and the norton Secure VPN. When i first installed the mobile Security app it already told me that it is going to put an VPN on my phone. So when i downloaded the other app (Norton Secure VPN) it told me the same... So now i have two different Norton VPN´s ? Do i have to deactivate one of them in order that they dont interfere with each other?
Does anyone here knows the Neptune APP for Iphone? It is to scan weather you have Jailbreaks or something. Does this App work with the Norton Apps?
