Had to uninstall OnlineFamily and now it won't reinstall

I had Onlinefamily installed on my daughters computer.  It was not blocking websites so I decided to uninstall and reinstall.  Immediately after clicking yes on the "does your child use this compter" screen, it goes directly to "collecting error logs" then tells me it can't continue.  I have tried restarting and reinstalling several times with no luck.  I am signed in as administrator and did the check at cmd with these results: 

Alias name    administrators
Comment      administrators have complete and unrestricted access to the computer.

I would appreciate any help you can give to get this reloaded.

Katie, could you please send me the same instructions?  I uninstalled also and now can't reinstall.  After I get the product back, then I may need help with my original problem--that my kid's accounts on Vista can't run IE.  But first things first...  Thanks in advance for your help...
