Hangs, blue and white screens since upgrading from NIS 2012 to 360 Premier!

Hello, SInce I upgraded from NIS to 360, I get hangs, blue screens, white screens in random occurrence. At first I thought maybe my hd was going bad so I was going to upgrade to a ssd, but now I am thinking that 360 somehow was causing this through it's connectivity to chrome which I use, so for the last two days I have NOT opened my vault and the problem has not occurred as of yet. Is this a known problem and if so is there any suggested procedure to resolve this problem for me? I uninstalled System Mechanic Pro and all other similar apps that I thought might cause conflicts but until I left the vault closed the problem persisted. Was there something I should of done to remove all parts of NIS before upgrading to 360.? I did what the install procedure said and uninstalled NIS, but did I get it all or what. Please advise so I can return to using 360's identity safe and all  the other benefits of the vault!! Thanks in advance for your assistance!!
