@MR_Norton_User Your initial issue WAS reported on DAY ONE. Again, allow me to clarify what you are obviously missing. Please review the screenshot of your very first post, specifically, the red boxed area in the bottom left. That is a thread where we Guru’s posted to where only specific people can access. Those people include, Norton employees as well as the Global Admin, who gets that information to the correct department within Norton for action. Caveat I COULD ONLY WISH I were being paid for assisting, donating my time is close enough and satisfying on my part.
Concerning the caveat: I highly recommend not spending your time in the service of people that aren’t paying for it. There’s a world of people and businesses that will never stop asking you to do just that. Life is too damn short to not respect your own time- she’ll teach ya that too.
@peterweb OK, so unless I’m missing something, it looks like we’re back to the original diagnosis.
No response from any Norton Employee so far
My only option following the links to GenDigital is to literally mail a letter to a general company address.
So, regardless of your personal motivations for being here (still think if you’re not getting paid you should high-tail it), Norton has set up a company where the only means its clients can provide feedback are:
a customer service chat with folks overseas, who in this case have given me ridiculous lies twice and attempted to fraudulently charge my bank exhorborant sums
A community forum manned by volunteers who are not to be held, and won’t be held, responsible for any company affaires.
So effectively, Norton has set up, fostered, and created what fits the definition of environment of unaccountability. There is zero accountability here.
@MR_Norton_User I have flagged the last post here again for moderation and assistance. We do not have any idea when someone Norton will respond. Please keep a sharp outlook on your PM messages here on the forums as someone Norton may attempt to converse with you privately there.
@BabyFarqs In the current thread here, and in another forums thread, you are consistently harassing Guru’s. Specifically bjm. Your issue has been forwarded and more than once, patience in getting a response from Norton is on your part. No one here has ANY control over that. So I’m asking you to please refrain and stop. Referring you for account suspension will be the next step.
