Hard Drive Crashed: need additional replacement copy of Norton

My hard drive crashed recently and nothing can be recovered.  On it was a current copy of Norton Internet Security 2009, and I have already activated all three allowable copies of this product, so my online account does not show an icon for an additional download in my current subscription.

 

I cannot find a way on this site to contact a real person at Norton for less than $69, so any help would be most welcome!

 

1. How do I reach a live person to address this?

2. If that's not possible, what else can I do?
