Hard drive crashed. Norton 360/Systemworks gone. How to recover?

My computer's hard drive recently failed, causing my current subscription of Norton Systemworks to be deleted.

 

I have had to install Norton 2005 and update from there, but as I have paid money to get the newest package, naturally I would like to return to that package. Is there a technical support line or email address I can use to enquire about this, or do any of you have any ideas?
