Has the "Export" passwords options been changed?

When I previously exported my passwords I had the option of saving as either a .DAT or CSV file. Now when I select EXPORT I only get a HTML page?

After a web search I have found other have had the same problem. Why the change (for the worst)?

Have not been able to find a sensible solution

All online  (Norton) info gives the instructions and videos for the old method that I used to use. 

Copy/paste the text into Excel, opting to use the Text Import Wizard from the Excel paste dropdown.  Select CSV as the delimiter.  The information will then display in columns that you can sort to your liking.  If you want to print this, be aware that the URL column will extend out to many pages, so you will probably want to select only the first few pages that have your password and username information to print.

Unfortunately, the backup options changed a long time ago. Others with better memory than I have can say just when, but it is at least a year ago.  

When the change happened, and the backup functions were removed from the 360 product, there was still a time where you could use Internet Explorer to do the backups. I just checked and that option is no longer working. So the only thing you can do now is use the online 'backup' feature and copy/paste the output to a file on your computer. Definitely not a useful solution.
