I am not sure if this the right place to be posting this, but I cannot see anywhere to ask.
We have 3 subscriptions all Norton Small Business, 1 x 20 Licences and 2 x 5 Licence, and have Norton installed on 28 computers. But I was unable to activate Norton on another computer. So I removed a device, so we were only using 27 out of the 30 licences. Then tried to activate again, and it still says I have no licences available.
When i look at my subscriptions via my.norton.com, it says there are 0 licences available. When there should be 3 available.
There seems to be an issue with our account as we are unable to use the licences that we have paid for. Is someone able to look into this?
