Have I been hacked? NIS 2009

Several issues in NIS 2009 makes me wonder if I have been hacked:

- Transaction protection has registered four programmes as keyloggers and blocked them: Quicktimeplayer.exe, Atievxx.exe, Setpoint.exe, AnyDVDtray.exe

- In the LOG:

VLC.exe is logged having performed 59 changes in the settings for Internett Explorer.

Qttask.exe has performed some 288 changes in startup for Windows.

Both these are rated as ”Low”

- When I run Security Inspector it finds a vulnerability. I get the message "Vulnerability Found" - The vulnerability is in regard to "Shared Folders"
When I click "details" (regarding the vulnerability found) the following is stated:
"X$ by X:\" and "Z$ by Z:\" appearantly Security Inspector detects that these two drives are set up as shared (X: is my CD-ROM drive, Z: is my DIGITAL MEMORY CARD DRIVE).
I choose to fix the vulnerability. Security Inspector fixes it - BUT when I reboot and run Security Inspector again - The same vulnarability is once more detected. If I run Security Inspector a second time without re-booting this vulnerability is NOT detected. So what is fixed by Security Inspector reverts to its prior state after re-boot.

-Nothing is found when I run a complete scan. But the above mentioned makes me uncertain wether I am hacked or if this i normal activity.
