I am having problems reinstalling Norton on one of my computers after having to reinstall windows after a hard drive crash. I phoned what I thought to be Norton Support on 08008786004. The guy took control of my computer and said I had lots of problems and somehow a lot of Microsoft services had been turned off. He told me I must stop using any computer, phone or other gadgets on the network. He told me that I need a white hat anti hacking expert, government registered panel, Microsoft and Cisco certified.
