Have Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 and getting blue screen after installed onlinefamily norton

I have Windows Vista Home Premium SP2 and getting blue screen after installed onlinefamily norton.  After I uninstalled onlinefamily norton, the blue screen stopped happening.  Is there a fix for this?  Thanks.  Joann
