Having major problems with NIS

I needed to do two system restores from previous backups following an upgrade of Acronis True Image 2012 to Acronis True Image 2015. The issues I encountered with ATI 2015 were resolved when I restored to a date prior to the upgrade. However, Norton seems to not be working properly. The Identity Safe does not open and the Norton icon in my desktop does nothing when I click on it.

Also, error messages are popping up periodically:

Error 2035............. Was resolved after an automatic search for a fix;  Error 3038, 104........ System unable to find an automatic fix; Error 8504, 100........ System unable to find an automatic fix.

I am thinking of trying still another restore from a different date to see if this problems get resolved. Short of this, what other actions can I take?
