Having Problem With Norton Identity Safe

Hi Guys,

 

I am having trouble using ID Safe on a particular website

 

I have ID Safe set up to autofill the fields, but for some reason it will not do so... I have to navigate up to the ID Safe Tool bar and select "Fill Login Fields" from the drop down menu... and select my user name before it will fill in the user name and password fields.

 

Anyway I thought maybe the website had changed in some way, so I deleted the ID safe information for this website and had ID Safe re-record and save it... but I am still getting the same results.  It simply will not automatically fill in the username and password fields!! :smileysurprised:

 

ID safe work used to work on this site so I am puzzled as to why it suddenly has stopped working.  All my other ID stuff with other websites continues to well, so what could be the problem?

P.S.  I am using IE-8 and my operating system is Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit.

Sorry about that... I forgot to include that in my original post. 

 

The version I am using in Norton Internet Security 2012  Version: 19.2.0.10.

Here is another website that has issues.  I can log into this site with ID safe but it takes several tries.  There appears to be some sort of scripting issue with the library card and pin number fields.

 

While most of my ID safe stuff works... is there a place on Norton's website where I can submit URLs that don't "play nice" with ID Safe? :smileytongue:
