I was unable to update virus definitions all of a sudden. So - I downloaded the Norton renewal - ran it. Reboot. Great. Ran it again - reboot - Blue Screen!!!! EEEK! So I finally got windows back up, and tried to re download norton, finished downloading then - Blue Screen!!!!! Double EEEK! I am now currently running Malwarebytes to see what is up... Anyone willing to help me? Quite the challenge!!!
