Having problems with Norton Family app for Android

Hi,

I have a problem with a Norton Family .

This APP for Android (JB 4.2) normally works with all browsers but using “private mode” the APP doesn't work .

Any kid is able to avoid the protection of Norton Family .

Is there a way to control or inhibit the function of “private mode” in the browser ?
