I also noticed recently that NSM stopped protecting. Monitoring also stopped. Uninstalling and reinstalling was not successful as in my earlier post. Also, every time that I log on, NSM asks me to "continue" the login, but it conks at the same place. I know that I am entering the correct username / password (I logged in with them separately), and if I enter the wrong password or no password the program correctly detects this.
