Having trouble getting Password Manager to work on my Samsung s21 while it works well on my PC

Issue abstract: Unable to get logins on my Samsung S21

Detailed description: I have Password manager installed on my Lenovo laptop and password manager works perfectly but when I try to run it on my phone it comes up with “no logins found” when I know the login is there.

Product & version number: Norton 360 Password manager

OS details: Windows 11

What is the error message you are seeing? No logins found

@Paul_Charles Have downloaded and installed the PWM app from the Google Play store and are using that? On your PC PWM have you clicked “Synch Vault” in PWM settings at least once before opening the PWM on your mobile device?
