Having troubles opening my norton 360 app on my iphone and computer. it just keeps cycling but wont open. tried to reach out to norton support but they were useless. i did however recieve the usualy pathetic advertisements from norton to upgrade my acct

Is this a new subscription you are trying to set up? Or have you been using 360 for some time and it just stopped working?
