Hi. i totally locked out of all norton products
I used norton identity safe. I killed the process (it seemed not to work) After that i tried to login with my PIN and it is said that PIN was blocked !!!!! and should try in 10 minuted
After 2 hours nothing changed , i couldn't login from PIN , BUT i could login from my password. So i get it in to norton identity safe , changed the PIN ..and still get that PIN is blocked. Then i deleted the PIN and tried to create a new one. I was asked for the password. And here is the strange thing !!! Although the password accepted to get in norton identity safe it was not accepter for createing a new PIN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!. I removed application and then install it again from google play. I tried to login to norton identity safe from password and i get not that my userid is DISABLED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for godsake !!!!!
Now i'm trying to get in from my pc and again the account is DISABLED and should try in an hour !!!
I'm absolute sure that in an hour nothing will change !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I'm totally locked out from everything FOR NO REASON !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
I killed the idiotic norton identity safe and doesn't allow me to enter through PIN and then it blocked everything !!!
What should i do ???
