Hello, I too have this problem. As Norton and my ISP are powerless to sort out security problems, I have changed it twice with the assistance of norton chat assistants, but each time, LIKE NOW, that I try to get back into the vault, I am getting shut out over and over again, no surprise there, as the quoted e mail address on the base of my vault log on page, is the old one, which is no longer connected to a norton account.
