Hi all,
I just upgraded to Norton Ghost 15 and it is great! The cold booting option itself is worth the price:)
Until now, I only had Windows XP installed on my system, so the system backup with the older version of Ghost was straightforward (backup entire drive and then set partition for active booting).
However, last month, I installed the new Windows 7 Ultimate on another partition, so now I have a dual boot system - Windows XP on C drive and Windows 7 on F drive. Today, I booted the system from the Norton Ghost 15 recovery disk, I backed up the system by selecting both drives - C & F. The backup was complete, and then I got an option to save the C: boot.ini file to a text file, which I did. However, when I checked the text file, it only had the boot information for Windows XP.
My question is: When I do a system restore for the 2 drives, is this sufficient information for a dual boot, or do I need to do something additional?
Hope you can help!
Regards
