you may need these information about the pc configuration:
- OS installed is windows xp pro
- symantec version is endpoint protection 11 - unmanaged
this computer have 3 account login. 2 are administrator right, and the rest is user right.
somehow user can't send email with attachment, error code shown 1003,x --> x mean dynamically, sometimes 11,9,etc.
but this notification showed only when user try to send email. I attached the notification.
I try to use other email account, but still same.
but when I log on windows use different user login, email has no problem, can send and receive, can send with or without attachment.
usually we have no problem to receive and send email,but suddenly happen like this.
I already try to disable internet email protection, but not solve the issue. (I logged in under administrator right first, disable the feature, then log out, then log in again with daily user login account).
I try to disable network protection, still not success.
