Help Cloning an HP computer - Ghost 14

i have a hp andi am replacing my hard drive so i am cloning it but Hp computers come with a C drive and a factory image D drive and they are both in one HDD how do i clone this i tried cloning them one affter the other but it justs over writes . really need help thx

How exactly are you attempting your clone?  Is this a laptop or desktop?  Are you doing “Copy my Hard Drive” or are you creating a backup of each drive first?  The steps you’re taking will help.  Also, is Drive D: hidden or is it visible within Windows?
