Help Completely Removing Symantec Endpoint Protection

My machine has been experiencing some problems that seem to be linked to Symantec Endpoint Protection (Version: 11.0.5002.333). I have been told that there is a Clean Wipe tool that is needed to completely uninstall the program. Does anyone know how I can get this tool?
