Norton's help file documentation mentions the existance of an element called "Computer Count" in addition to another element "File Count" in the Norton Insight Network (NIN). My NIN displays only the "File Count" information; "Computer Count" is not displayed. Am I addressing a genuine issue, or is there a misunderstanding?
