Hope you have upgraded to the 2008 version.

 

Please open the Norton product.

You can see Help and Support on the top corner of the Norton window.

Click on it and then click on the Activation option on the new window.

Click on next on the new window.

Enter your product key(25 alpha numeric code)

Proceed with the activation.

Your subscription will be reflected.

 

Please let me know the version if it is not 2008 .

The thing is that my product key only fills up one out of the four boxes.  The Version is 15.5.0.23.

Please confirm that your product key is of 25 alpha numeric code.And try to enter it manually one by one in the boxes(5 in a box).

And you have mentioned that you have four boxes,I think you are trying to enter the product key in the renewal boxes.Please make sure that you have tried the steps I have provided.

I don’t have my product key.  I thought that when I upgraded it, my product key will be okay.  All I get is a 26 in one box.  Is there another way of getting the product key?

  You may get a confirmation email from Symantec once you purchase something,if you do not have the product key contact the Technical support from the following link and get it.I think they may help you in this.
