The only thing I get is to change my password from ACCOUNT from The Norton Account Interface (GUI) I want to log in or register for Norton Secure Log In How is that done or can it be...........Thanks, Gorpy1
Hi, Gorpy. I can't remember if NIS v19, had the Manage Tab on the UI, but if so, you can log in from there. Or from here
Hi GORPY1:
There seem to be several people being re-directed to a "Forgot Your Password" URL at https://login.norton.com/sso/embedded/forgetPassword? when they click on the Account link in the main NIS GUI. I tested the Account link in my NIS v. 20.4.0.40 (NIS 2013) GUI and see the same thing - see my screenshots here in BigStone's recent thread.
In the mean time, the URL F4E provided at http://www.mynortonaccount.com should still work if you need to log in to your Norton Account.

Thanks All...However I wonder why?.......Will it always be this way.........Best.......Gorpy1
Hi GORPY1,
You can also try: https://account.norton.com/amsweb/default.do
It's always working, at least for me.
Regards,
I'm not sure how good of idea it is to stay signed in now to your (or my) Norton Account!? On some search engines if you signed in and you go to Norton Account their's all your info and even download capability possibly, Thanks all, I'm staying signed out. Does Norton expect you to pay extra for Norton Secure Login or is this just part of Norton Management , I wonder, Thanks again...Gorpy1
I too see this issue using NIS V21
I've asked for a Norton rep to look into this.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for reporting this issue. We'll look into it.
Hi everyone,
Thanks for your patience.
This is issue is now fixed.
Clicking on 'Account' should redirect you to the Norton Account login page instead of 'Forget Password' page

Agree.
The redirect now is to the Norton Secure Log In. Not Norton Account.
Actually I have no heartburn with going to the log-in page, as it logs me in - it is the Update page it takes you to after you log in.
I'd settle for having to go thru the log-in page , get logged in and then taken to the NA page in lieu of the update page.
Keeps staying stuck on update profile. Symantec still working on it? Or is this just the way it will be, I have XP SP3 and NIS 19, Well whatever....Just have to do a little more manuvering to get to my Norton Account page with my Info on it (Serial, etc.) What Is Secure Log-In Anyway, does any body really know..........Thanks, Gorpy1
Our team has identified the bug and working on it. I'll post an update when I've more details.
Thanks for your patience.
Hi everyone,
Yes! This issue is now Resolved and the 'Account' link takes you to the Norton Account (Products tab) page.
Please let me know if it is working fine.
OK now it is really working correctly in NIS V21. Now able to log into Norton Account properly.
Well. It's still not working on my computer It still goes to Update Account Information only. I have NIS 19.9.1.14 and XP SP3 I still would like to know what Norton Secure Log-in is. Will it ever go to My Account again from the GUI.......Thanks.Gorpy1
