So I'm pretty tech saavy but not super tech saavy. My husband's computer got attacked by Trojan.Fake AV today. We ran Norton 360 and it got rid of problem but another seems to be happening. He has no access to the internet at all. He is unable to system restore to any date as well. Can someone tell us what we need to do to resolve this issue. I've been searching online for several hours for help but most of the stuff I'm unable to understand.
He is using XP.
