Hello... I have a the Norton security 2011... it worked great on my old computer (that crashed)... I have a new computer, but I can't get the product "activated".... I may have old "product key" numbers from a previous year's norton... I may have lost the paperwork with the right activation numbers...!! I can't get ANY help from Norton's "Help" technition, who is a computer... I don't know what else to do... Any ideas or suggestions? Is there a phone number where I may be able to call Norton and talk to a real person?
