Help! I can't renew my subscription!

I can't renew my subscription.

I've bought the renewal and I can see it in mynortonaccount. However my norton won't recognise it. There is only a button which says "Activate now" not one which says "Renew" and if I put in the product code in then it says that it's expired which I know already that's why i bought a renewal!!

 

What do I do?
