Help Installing with Norton Download Manager

Norton Download Manager says I have 10 hours until Norton Antivirus is completed; then it just stops.  My Internet is working fine, but this download cannot complete.  Any suggestions?

Acouple of questions; what is your operating system? and was there a security product installed before you started the Norton download? Also, if there was no previous product, how long has the system benn on the Internet unprotected?

Welcome to the Norton Community. Do you already have NAV (Norton Antivirus) installed and you are downloading an update or is it not yet installed? If installed already, what version do you currently have? You can find this from Support > About.

 

When responding with what operating system you have (as dickevans asked) please be sure to include which SP you have and whether 32 or 64 bit.

 

Also, what kind of Internet connection do you have? Is it broadband (DSL, Cable, FIOS, etc) or dial-up?
